This form of YOGA is designed to connect you with your Shiva and Shakti energy – your power and your serenity! This class is a balance of strong and restorative poses and will put you in touch with your inner self – both physical and intuitive!

This class is open to only women. Beginners to Yoga are more than welcome!

I will be offering this class online via the Zoom platform. If you’re unable to attend on the day at this time then the sessions will be recorded and the link sent to you.

How to join

Sign up to the class by sending me a message on any platform and I will forward you the zoom link and other information to join this class. If you’re new to zoom I can guide you through the process of setting this up.

What to get ready

You will need to prepare your space with a Yoga mat or towel, a blanket, 2 bolsters or pillows and you may need two blocks or tin cans of anything (as long as they are the same size) and 2 straps which could also be a skipping ropes or similar. If you’re a Bridport friend and you would like to borrow any of my props then let me know and we’ll work out a way this can happen.

Any funds received will go towards helping destitute women, children and men from all over India exercise their right to a higher quality of life, irrespective of gender, caste, creed or religion. The organisation really needs our support, especially at this time!
