Jen will be offering Yin YOGA experiences in Bridport, Tasmania. Yin is a mindful form of YOGA designed for you to feel your asanas, flow with your breath and find your silence. Classes will always have a creative element either story telling, live music or singing bowls.

Scheduled classes will be run Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7.30-8.30pm, on 3, 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24, 29 and 31 January and 5, 7, 12, 14, 19 and 21 February.
