Yin YOGA

Yin is a mindful form of YOGA designed for you to feel your asanas, flow with your breath and find your silence.

Yin Yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body. The physical aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas.

During Yin Yoga there is the potential to become more aware of the body/mind connection as we feel physical sensations and notice thoughts arising and drifting by. We may even find ourselves asking the question ‘If I am not my mind then who am I?’.

  • Wednesday 18 and 25 January, 7.30-9pm
  • Wednesday 1, 8, 15 and 22 February, 7.30-9pm
