I’m quietly dreaming up a brand-new ADVENTURE — one that involves sailing the Greek Islands, waking with the sun, moving with the sea, and letting life slow to a beautiful, intentional pace.

Think:

• 🧘‍♀️ daily movement and deep rest

• 🍋 simple Greek food, shared meals,

• ⛵ island-to-island sailing and freedom
