Jen Barron doesn’t just believe in transformation — she lives it, loves it, and leads it. Whether she’s upside down in a yoga pose or steering life-changing programmes across continents, Jen is all about turning growth into a joyful, soul-deep adventure.
As a certified Yoga teacher (think SUP Yoga, Yin, Kids Yoga, Therapeutics, Mindfulness, and Vinyasa Flow — yeah, she’s got receipts), Jen champions that Yoga is for everyBODY. Her classes blend movement, stillness, and just the right amount of zing to create space for people to show up exactly as they are.
Now, after 10 years of guiding others on the mat, Jen is stepping into a bold new chapter — hosting her first 200-hour foundational Yoga Teacher Training. Designed as a deeply inclusive and transformative journey, her training nurtures the next wave of teachers ready to share yoga with authenticity and heart.
By day, she’s also managing projects for the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) in the Africa Region and beyond. Translation? She’s mentoring future changemakers, one powerful girl at a time.
Jen’s journey has taken her from Tasmania to Tanzania, Bali to the UK, Ghana to Nepal, and beyond — offering transformational experiences with a passport full of stamps and a heart full of purpose. She’s a Yoga Australia member, an award-winning powerhouse, and proud inductee into the Tasmanian Honour Roll of Women.
Currently living in Australia, she’s still weaving magic — through yoga mats, leadership circles, and everything in between. When transformation calls, Jen’s already two steps ahead… probably barefoot and grinning.
Eva Joan Ritchie doesn’t just teach yoga — she embodies it. For over 25 years, she’s been moving, breathing, and healing her way through life’s layers, guided by one core truth: when body and mind truly connect, magic happens.
A certified yoga teacher (YA RYT200 & 500—yes, she’s got the creds), seasoned herbalist, and intuitive bodyworker, Eva is on a mission to help people tune into their inner wisdom and live in vibrant alignment. Her classes? Think soulful Hatha, fluid Vinyasa, and melt-into-the-floor Yin — all infused with deep presence and gentle power.
“I never stop being amazed by the intelligence of the body. It knows how to heal — it just needs the right conditions to speak.”
Eva’s approach is rooted in the belief that we are multilayered beings — physical, emotional, mental, and energetic—and that true healing happens when all parts of us are in conversation. She doesn’t just teach yoga poses; she creates experiences that reconnect you to yourself, from the inside out.
She’s trained with masters like Kristen Boddington, Glenn Ceresoli, Simon Borg-Olivier, Bianca Machliss (Yoga Synergy), Sarah Powers, and Tina Nance — and she brings all that wisdom into every breath, stretch, and still moment she shares with her students.
Eva’s based in Bali, where she’s weaving her passion for holistic healing into every class, workshop, and one-on-one session she offers. Her vibe? Earthy. Insightful. Heart-led. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deep-diving into subtle energetics, Eva is here to meet you where you are — and guide you home to yourself.

As the assistant for our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, Christa is the heartbeat of the space — tending to people and details with ease, joy, and genuine love.
Growing up on army bases across the United States and living in places like Zambia, India, and Australia, Christa has cultivated a rich, non-traditional perspective on life and community. She’s traveled extensively through Southeast Asia, Africa, and Europe, building lifelong friendships across time zones and cultures. For her, yoga means unity — a practise of reconnecting to self, and creating meaningful connection with others.
After completing her own yoga teacher training, Christa knew she wanted to support others on their path. She brings with her a deep commitment to nurturing mind, body, and soul—not only through yoga, but through thoughtful gestures, grounded presence, and infectious good energy.
Whether she’s helping you find your mat, answering a quiet question, or holding space during a big breakthrough, Christa is there. When transformation calls, Christa answers with open arms, a big smile, and probably a spare snack (as long as there are no monkeys around).
Tina Nance has been riding the waves of yoga, healing, and embodiment for over 25 years — and what a ride it’s been. From teaching yoga and somatic inquiry in over a dozen countries to guiding women’s wellness through yin, trauma-informed practises, and nervous system magic, Tina is a one-woman vortex of deep presence and embodied wisdom.
She’s the founder of HELD: School of Embodied Self Integration and the creator of Embodied Unwinding, a somatic practise that invites us to loosen the mental and emotional knots we’ve been holding onto for far too long (you know the ones). Whether you meet her in Bali at The Yoga Barn or online in her growing HELD Online School, Tina is here to help you feel what’s really going on — gently, lovingly, and with radical honesty.
Tina believes that the body is not just a vehicle — it’s a gateway. Her trainings weave together yoga therapy, yin yoga, restorative practises, nervous system regulation, feminine arts, and trauma integration. Think: breath meets biomechanics, sacred meets science, and ancient yogic wisdom gets lovingly updated for modern nervous systems.
She’s not afraid to go deep. Her work explores everything from internal family systems to vibrational medicine to holding space for the unspeakable. With diplomas in everything from ki yoga therapy to shiatsu, remedial massage, and energy medicine, Tina brings it all to the mat — and teaches others to do the same.
Her unique recipe? Heart-Centered Embodied Listening as Dharma. With breath, touch, intuition, and the full spectrum of yogic tools, Tina invites students to come home to themselves—one held pose, one embodied truth at a time.
When she’s not guiding 100-hour immersion trainings or whispering wisdom into a packed yin class at the Yoga Barn in Bali, Tina is building her online sanctuary for yoga nerds, embodiment lovers, and trauma-aware seekers who are ready to move, feel, and really listen.
Poonam doesn’t just talk healing — she embodies it. With decades of experience in the holistic space, she’s guided hundreds (maybe thousands) through emotional storms, energetic blocks, and the tangled roots of dis-ease—always with compassion, clarity, and a touch of mystical flair.
A clinical therapist turned intuitive powerhouse, she blends science and soul in a toolkit that’s anything but ordinary: Hypnotherapy, Counselling, Reiki, Sound Therapy, Essential Oils, Meditation, and Tarot. Whether it’s stress, anger, or deep-seated trauma, she holds space for transformation that’s as grounded as it is magical.
Her work is rooted in the understanding that wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s a journey — one that calls for deep listening, intuitive insight, and tools that honour the whole human. And she’s here for all of it.
In 2014, her book “Not Just the Small Book of Meditation” was published in both India and the USA — a soulful blend of ancient wisdom and modern mindfulness that continues to touch hearts across continents.
With a strong background in clinical cases and a fierce dedication to communication that heals, she’s not just in the alternative medicine world — she’s reshaping it. One breath. One session. One soul at a time.
Currently weaving her magic from Pune, she’s the calm in the chaos, the guide through the inner wilderness, and the spark behind countless transformations. If your soul’s knocking, she’s already at the door — incense lit, playlist on, ready to begin.

Her teaching isn’t about performance—it’s about presence. It’s a space where healing unfolds slowly, where breath leads the way, and where every posture becomes a path to deeper knowing.
Based in Pune, India, where she lives with her sister and a steady devotion to the yogic path, Kirti embodies the essence of yoga as a way of life—simple, sacred, and transformational.
