Yin is a mindful form of YOGA designed for you to feel your asanas, flow with your breath, and find your silence. As the weather is cold, I’m turning up the warmth with a Sunday afternoon session designed to help you reset before the week ahead.


Be at 54 Westwood Street at 5pm for a cozy YinYOGA practice to melt away the tension. Then it’s time to slide into the jacuzzi, sip on a refreshing gin (or a tea), and soak up some serious end-of-weekend relaxation.


What to bring/wear — because yes, you will want to get in that jacuzzi:

  • your warm yoga gear
  • towel
  • bathers
  • thongs


Come for the stretch, stay for the soak, and leave feeling like Sunday just became your favourite day of the week.
